Return Guidelines
To qualify for a return, items must be in new, unused condition—just like when you received them. Please double-check your heater or part before returning, as:

  • Heaters that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear (like scratches or dents) may not be eligible for a full return or may incur additional fees.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

💡Tip: To avoid any unexpected fees, make sure your item is unused and in its original condition.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged
We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If it arrives damaged, please contact us right away. A few quick photos will help us file a claim and send you a replacement ASAP.

To help us process your shipping damage claim quickly and smoothly, we kindly ask you to include four types of photos with your request. These pictures allow us to file an accurate claim with the shipping carrier and get things resolved for you faster.

Here’s what to snap:

📦 Outer Packaging

Take clear photos of the shipping box or envelope, especially any dents, tears, or signs of rough handling.

Be sure to include any visible labels, fragile stickers, or damage before unboxing, if possible.

🧊 Inner Packaging

Show how the item was cushioned inside the box. If padding or protection looks insufficient or shifted, this is helpful for us to know.

🛠 Damaged Item(s)

Get a few photos of the actual product showing the damage. If you can, use an arrow or a marker to point out the damaged area — it really helps our team and the insurance adjusters.

📮 Shipping Label or Tracking Info

Include a shot of the label on the package. This helps confirm the delivery and tracking details.

Once you’ve gathered these, just attach them to your return request or email them to us. This simple step helps speed up your replacement or refund.


Need an Exchange?
No problem! Simply return the original item and place a new order for the one you’d like instead. That way, we can get the new item out to you even faster.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 3–4 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Changed Your Mind?
We totally understand—plans change!

You’re welcome to cancel your order anytime. To help cover processing and payment fees, we apply a small 3% cancellation fee to all canceled orders.
