All Amba heated towel warmers are backed by a manufacturer's limited warranty when installed in accordance with the provided installation instructions. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Warranty coverage begins based on the manufacturer's warranty terms.

*For Jeeves and Traditional collections, the heating element is covered for replacement during the first two years. After that period, replacement elements are available for purchase. Damage caused by electrical power surges is not covered beyond the initial two-year period.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your Amba product is defective:

Within the first 30 days after shipment: Contact the retailer where you purchased the product immediately. Do not return the product without first obtaining a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).

After 30 days: Continue to contact the retailer to begin the warranty process. An RGA is required before any product is returned for inspection or repair.

Customers are responsible for shipping the product to and from the manufacturer for warranty evaluation unless otherwise specified by Amba.

In addition to Amba's manufacturer warranty, we include an Extra 1-Year Warranty on eligible Amba products purchased through our store.
When the manufacturer's warranty expires, simply contact us with your proof of purchase. We'll extend the original manufacturer's warranty coverage for an additional year, providing added peace of mind at no extra cost.
